Space Attorney by Superstroke & riderx40

Eris is a young attorney who worked in the purgatory for several years, until one day he became the accused in a rather weird case that left him in the spot. Can Eris win this trial with his friends or he will be sentenced to the blackhole for eternity?

Space Attorney is a little visual novel made for the 2016 Swapsie event by two developers: Superstroke made the first half and riderx40 the second. It's a very strange visual novel with surreal elements since it's about a lawyer that works in Purgatory that gets in trouble with aliens. Yeah. The game is short but very stylish, combining cutscenes with black-and-white silouhuettes to colorful slides.

Random Fact: while this is TECHNICALLY a fangame and parody of Ace Attorney it's so detached from the source material that you don't need to know anything (except maybe that it's about a lawyer!), I mean it's a different game, there aren't cameos of characters from the series nor there is anything that relates to it. Probably it was just a pun on the title.

Final Verdict: Space Attorney was a game I probably found while looking for Ace Attorney fangames, but well this game is really not what I expected. Well I'm not sure anyone can expect something from this game, that's really peculiar, original and unique adventure, surely not without flaws but probably this can be excused being this an event game also done by two different developers. That's not easy!
So if you want to play a bizarre interactive visual novel ("so bad it's so good")... you won't be disappointed! Unrefined, but wildly awesome.
