Asylum of Pleasure and Pain - Know Your True Enemy by NoAcceptance772

In this game the world has been taken over by the E.N.S.D. and eventually people started getting fed up and trying to escape. Kendrick Mills is one of these people, and he tries to escape from the city with his friends Mona and Jack. Unfortunately he is captured by the E.N.S.D. that kills his friends and forces him to become a professional assassin for them.
After a failed mission he is left to die by the  E.N.S.D., but a symbiont-like creature grows on him, taking control of his actions and sending him to strike against his former employers.

Asylum of Pleasure and Pain - Know Your True Enemy begins in a way not too different from the first game, with a young character wronged by the E.N.S.D. agents. Anyway this time, even if it statrs again with a skippable prologue, it focuses on Kendrick and his first assassination mission and its aftermath. For this reason this adventure is more linear, let us play as a single characters, and fortunately it's less buggy than the first game. As before the visuals are a mish-mash of different style that give a surreal aspect to the game.

WARNING: this is the first sequel/spin-off of AoP&P. So expect MA 17+ strong language, nudity, violence, extreme blood & gore. Mild suggestive themes.

Random Fact: the game this time let us personalize our character by choosing the ability set he will have. The various abilities aren't exactly balanced, but it's an interesting experiment.

Final Verdict: a sequel that really improves the aspects of the first game, the narrative is easier to follow since itt's pretty linear and focuses on a single character, although some characters from the first game such as General Sayaka Kisumi return in this game.
